青山綠水間，一座座美麗的鄉(xiāng)村煥發(fā)新生機(jī)，甘肅隴南的康縣正以其獨(dú)特的美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)模式，成為“一帶一路”沿線(xiàn)國(guó)家和地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村振興的典范。
緣起2020年3月16日，“一帶一路”美麗鄉(xiāng)村論壇永久會(huì)址在甘肅省隴南市康縣長(zhǎng)壩鎮(zhèn)付壩村正式開(kāi)工啟建。這個(gè)計(jì)劃總投資10億元、占地面積約400畝的項(xiàng)目，不僅是甘肅省三大重點(diǎn)論壇永久會(huì)址之一，更是甘肅鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的重要抓手。

Nestled between green mountains and clear waters, beautiful villages are being revitalized. Kang County in Longnan, Gansu Province, is becoming a model for rural revitalization in countries and regions along the Belt and Road with its unique approach to building beautiful villages.
This initiative began on March 16, 2020, when the permanent site for the Belt and Road Forum on Beautiful Villages broke ground in Fuba Village, Changba Town, Kang County, Longnan City, Gansu Province. With a total planned investment of 1 billion yuan and covering an area of about 400 mu (approximately 27 hectares), this project is not only one of the three major permanent forum sites in Gansu but also a major move in the province’s rural revitalization strategy.
Five years on, this international site has become a key engine driving the development of beautiful villages and promoting rural revitalization in Gansu. It has provided new visions, models, and pathways for rural development in the western regions.

The Gansu Provincial Government actively responded to the national "Belt and Road" initiative by establishing the "Belt and Road" Beautiful Villages Alliance and successfully hosting the first forum, pioneering the integrated development of the "Belt and Road" initiative and beautiful village construction.
This international cooperation platform has enriched the content of exchanges and collaboration among countries and regions along the "Belt and Road." The choice of Longnan Kang County as the forum site was no coincidence. Longnan has adhered to the philosophy that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets," leading rural revitalization through green development.
The municipal government respected, adapted to, and protected nature. In its development efforts, it avoided making every village look the same, refrained from large-scale demolition and construction, steered clear of overly ambitious or foreign-inspired approaches, and committed to not cutting down trees, moving rocks, burying springs, or destroying grasslands.
Kang County has fully leveraged its natural resource advantages to actively build beautiful villages under the "Project of Demonstrative and Renovated Villages."
